This Privacy Policy describes how STRIKER MEDIA S.R.L. processes the personal data of visitors and users of the website novacore.biz in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law 190/2018.
This policy applies exclusively to the public website and does not govern future functionalities of the NovaCore platform, which will be subject to separate legal documentation upon launch.
1 - Personal Data We Collect
Through the website, we collect only the following data voluntarily provided by users:

the real or fictional commercial name of a company
survey responses or form inputs
basic technical data such as IP address, device type and essential logs required for website operation
We do not collect sensitive data through the website.

4 - Data Storage
Data collected through novacore.biz are stored using Google Drive, part of Google Workspace infrastructure.
Storage and processing occur as follows:
in Google data centers located within the European Union, whenever regional storage is available
in Google data centers located in Romania, where applicable
in some cases, data may be replicated or processed in other Google infrastructure regions, in accordance with Google’s technical architecture
Google acts as a GDPR-compliant processor and implements Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional safeguards.
STRIKER MEDIA S.R.L. retains full control over the data and restricts access strictly to authorized personnel.
No data are transferred to other third parties without consent or a valid legal basis.
5 - Retention Period
All data collected through the website are stored in Google Drive for a period between 3 and 5 years, depending on the nature of the information and the purpose of processing.
After the retention period expires:
data are manually deleted from Google Drive, or
anonymized, if legal or accounting obligations require preservation
Users may request deletion earlier, and such requests will be handled under Article 17 GDPR, unless legal retention requirements apply.
No data are stored outside Google Drive and essential system logs.
6 - Data Security
The Operator uses Google Workspace infrastructure, including Google Drive, which provides enterprise-grade security measures:
encryption in transit and at rest
granular access controls with secured authentication
compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and other industry standards
automated backup and replication within secure data centers
restricted access exclusively for authorized STRIKER MEDIA S.R.L. personnel
Additionally, the Operator implements its own technical and organizational safeguards:
strong passwords and two-step authentication
strictly controlled internal access
periodic reviews and security checks
internal policies governing the handling of files stored in Google Drive
Data are not transferred to any third party except Google acting as a data processor under GDPR-compliant contractual terms.

In accordance with GDPR, users have the following rights:
